Stuart FFA Chapter Brings Home the 2025
District X Leadership Development Events Champion Sweepstakes Award
On Wednesday, January 15th, Stuart FFA members competed in the District X Leadership Development Events contest held at West Holt High School. The students had an outstanding day with four teams and four individuals qualifying for the State FFA Leadership Development Event competitions that will be held during the State FFA Convention in Lincoln.
Following are the results of the members who participated in individual events: Dawson Heiser– District Champion in Natural Resource Speaking and State Qualifier, Tommy Paxton – District Champion in Creed Speaking and State Qualifier, Blake Wallinge
r – District Runner-Up in Extemporaneous Speaking and State Qualifier, Hunter Tubbs – District 3rd Place Employment Skills and State Qualifier, Paityn Sheffield – District 4th Place and purple ribbon Jr. Public Speaking and State Alternate, Luke Ludwig– District 4th Place and purple ribbon in Extemporaneous Speaking and State Alternate, Reagan Stracke - District Finals & purple ribbon - Employment Skills, MaKayla Menke - District Finals & purple ribbon in Employment Skills, Kayde Ramm - District Finals & purple ribbon in Sr. Public Speaking, Kyra Tubbs - District Finals & purple ribbon in Creed Speaking, Klaire Ramm - District Finals & purple ribbon in Creed Speaking, Alex Paxton - District purple ribbon in Discovery Speaking, Karlee Wolf - District blue ribbon in Discovery Speaking, Annie Ludwig - District blue ribbon in Jr. Public Speaking, Rylee Fuelberth - District blue ribbon in Jr. Public Speaking, Austin Fuelberth - District blue ribbon in Cooperative Speaking, Kemberlyn Kohle - District purple ribbon in Ag Literacy Speaking, and Breelie Riha - District purple ribbon in Ag Literacy Speaking.
Following are the results of the members who participated in team events: Parliamentary Procedure Team consisting of Hunter Tubbs, MaKayla Menke, Dawson Heiser, Luke Ludwig, Addisyn Ketteler, and Benjamin Paxton were District Champions and State Qualifiers; Conduct of Chapter Meetings Team consisting of Kyra Tubbs, Max Alder, Brook Wallinger, Paityn Sheffield, Tommy Paxton, Klaire Ramm, Annie Ludwig, and alternates Austin Fuelberth & Alyssa Karo were named District Champions and State Qualifiers; Conduct of Chapter Meetings Team comprised of Kemberlyn Kohle, Ali Wondercheck, Jaxon Kohle, Collin Heiser, Amry Paxton, Alex Paxton, Mac Wallinger, and alternates Breelie Riha, Karlee Wolf, & Gus Hipke were District Runner-Up and State Qualifiers; Agricultural Demonstration Team consisting of Kayde Ramm, Zane Doke, Morgan Menke, Owen Littau and tech crew members Rylee Fuelberth & Jameson Estill were District Runner-Up and State Qualifiers; and the Agricultural Demonstration Team comprised of Megan Karo, Reagan Stracke, Gracie Kaup and tech crew member Jameson Estill were district finalists and purple ribbon recipients.
The Stuart FFA Chapter claimed the District X Sweepstakes Champion Award after the 2025 Leadership Development Events competition.
